With the opening of the new documentation center in May 2010, the entire "Topography of Terror" site became open to the public once again and has been supplemented with a system to provide visitors with information.

The tour of the site is made up of 15 stations and predominantly focuses on the excavated remains. Informational displays as well as an audio guide provide an overview of the history of the historical "Topography of Terror" site, the use of the site during the national socialist era and during the post-war years, as well as basic information about the institutions of national socialist terror which were established here during the "Third Reich".

Both the remains of the Berlin Wall landmark as well as the partially preserved, historical sidewalk of the former Prinz-Albrecht-Straße are also integrated into the site tour. The sidewalk runs directly along the Wall and this is the first time that it has been made accessible to the public.

Open daily from 10am until dark (until 8pm at the latest)
